Cari my did a wonderful job modeling my two latest skirts! She looked so adorable in them that I was tempted to give them to her! Also a plus I get to work on my photography! I love photographing little kids!
Dinner Inspiration
Shrimp (or) Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
Last night I made this delicious recipe for Marlin and I! It seems like I keep on getting stuck on the same meals every week. I was desperate to try something new so I got on Pinterest and looked for some good chicken dinner recipes!
So here is what I came up with! A Fettuccine Alfredo recipe made with some pretty simple ingredients! The only things you might not have on hand are the chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. This recipe I found on Pinterest is just for the noodles and sauce, but I decided to add shrimp to mine! It's not hard to add your choice of meat to this yummy dish! Chicken would be amazing as well! What I did was cook the noodles, Alfredo, and shrimp all at the same time and when everything was finished I mixed them together and topped it with fresh parsley! It was super easy and so yummy! I can hardly wait to eat the leftovers today!

My spring activities
What I have been doing this spring!
I've been enjoying a wonderful springtime. My life is full of gardening, volleyball, cooking healthy meals, and feeling our baby wiggling and kicking inside me everyday!!

This year I started growing some herbs and started them from seeds. Growing my oregano in the window has worked really well not to mention it looks great as a window plant! After I started the seeds I transplanted them into this used pickle jar! They are growing great in there and the jar looks great as a planting pot in my window!

Marlin made me a flower bed out of a log a few weeks ago so I've been able to really enjoy some flower gardening! I must say I enjoy growing flowers even more than I do vegetables! There is something about flowers that intrigues me and I love being surrounded by them!
